Refund policy

2 Year Limited Warranty on Goggles

We cover manufacturers defects for two years after date of purchase by you from www.rekkie.com or an authorized seller, as shown by an online order confirmation or shop receipt. This includes defects in materials and workmanship or electronic functionality that present through the normal course of use and operation. This does not cover damage to the product resulting from falls, crashes, drops, or other accidents. To start a warranty claim, please email us at info@rekkie.com with a description of your issue and pictures. We may require the goggles to be sent back to us for warranty repair.

This warranty excludes damage caused by abuse and wear and tear that does not affect the function of the product. REKKIE does not warrant that the operation of its products will be uninterrupted.

30 Day Return Policy - HOLIDAY EXTENSION TO JAN 15th (for goggles purchased in November/December)

We have a 30-day return policy on all items purchased directly from REKKIE, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After a return request has been approved, the return must be delivered back to REKKIE within 14 days. Returns that are late (by up to an additional 14 days) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns received 29 days or later past the return request will be charged a restocking fee at REKKIE's discretion, given the circumstances of the order. If you purchased goggles through a reseller, that reseller's specific return policy will apply.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with accessories, and in its original packaging. If the item has been lightly used (for example, if the protective film has been removed from the lens) but is still in "like new"  condition the product(s) will be eligible for a refund less a 20% restocking fee to refurbish the unit with a new lens. Goggles that are returned in used condition will be charged a restocking fee at REKKIE's discretion, given the circumstances of the order. Shipping and international duties and tax charges are not refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@rekkie.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and return the item you have per the return policy.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you have not received a refund within 10-15 business days of returning your order, first check your bank or credit card account again. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@rekkie.com.

You must include a note with your order number and a description of why you are sending the item to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of  shipping the order to you will be deducted from your refund. Items that have been used or worn are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If you are shipping an item with value over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
