Shipping policy
We strive to keep all of our items in stock and fulfill orders same or next business day.
We ship online orders to the continental United States using:
- Standard shipping - USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or an equivalent service. Most customers receive their orders in ~4-7 business days from date of shipment
- Expedited shipping - FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or an equivalent service. Most customers receive their orders in ~2-4 business days from date of shipment
- Express shipping - FedEx Express, UPS 2 Day, or an equivalent service. Most customers receive their orders in ~1-2 business days from date of shipment
- Overnight shipping - FedEx Overnight, UPS Next Day, or an equivalent service. Most customers receive their orders in 1 business days from date of shipment
International orders ship with duties and taxes prepaid (DDP) using:
- Standard shipping - GlobalPost Plus or UPS/FedEx/DHL with selected service such that most customers receive their orders in ~6 to 12 business days from date of shipment
- Expedited shipping - FedEx/UPS/DHL with selected service such that most customers receive their orders in ~1 to 5 business days from date of shipment
Delivery Responsibilities & Undeliverable Shipments:
- Accurate delivery information and customs cooperation. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address and contact details (email and phone) at checkout. For international orders, you are also responsible for responding to any communication from the carrier or your local customs authority and for completing any recipient action your country requires to release the shipment (for example, providing ID, a tax/import number, or customs documentation). REKKIE ships international orders with duties and taxes prepaid (DDP), but some countries still require action from the recipient before a package can be released.
- Failed, refused, or unclaimed deliveries. A shipment is considered undeliverable if it is returned to REKKIE or held by the carrier because the address was incomplete or incorrect, delivery was refused, the shipment went unclaimed during the carrier's or customs' hold period, or the recipient could not be reached to complete a required delivery or customs step.
- If a shipment becomes undeliverable, REKKIE will attempt to contact you at the email and/or phone number on your order to arrange redelivery or return. If we do not receive a response within 7 days of our first attempt to reach you, the order will be treated as abandoned (see our Return & Refund Policy for how abandoned orders are handled). You remain responsible for all shipping charges, duties, and taxes tied to an undeliverable shipment, including the cost of return to REKKIE and any prepaid duties or taxes that cannot be recovered. Where the carrier cannot return a shipment, or the cost to recover it exceeds its value, REKKIE may direct the carrier to abandon or destroy the goods.
